In order to most effectively address the needs of a diverse range of international
clients, Interfleet has developed a highly flexible organisational structure,
enabling a rapid and effective response to client's evolving needs and
emerging market conditions. Each service area is led by a highly experienced
Principal Consultant, managing a team of high calibre specialists. Many
of Interfleet's rail professionals have previously worked at a senior
level within train operating companies, manufacturers or other key industry
sectors and hence bring genuine hands-on experience and an unsurpassed
breadth of rail systems knowledge to client projects.
From the initial contact, all clients are assigned an experienced Account Manager. In this
way, a confidential working relationship, confidence and trust can be built and maintained.
In delivering assignments, teams are carefully assembled under the leadership of Assignment Managers,
containing the right mix of industry knowledge and specialist skills, in order to meet client objectives. Another important aspect of our strategy
is the formation of strategic alliances with other organisations whose skills complement our own, thereby offering clients an "extended expertise"
All assignments are subject to detailed specification and acceptance protocols, as part
of Interfleet's ISO9001 accreditation. We thereby ensure client expectations are fully achieved within agreed timescales and budget
